Meet Chef Agustin.

Luna Farms' cooking classes are led by Chef Agustin, who cooks the way the farm grows — over open flame, with whatever the rows are giving that week. His full story is coming soon.

What stays the same every class: real technique, ingredients pulled from the field that morning, a live asado fire, and a meal you cook with your own hands and share at the end.

The Fire

Cooking on the asado wheel.

At the center of every class is the asado fire — an open-flame grill where vegetables, proteins, and even whole pineapples roast low over the coals, dressed in smoke and ocean air.

You'll learn to read the heat, work the rack, and finish a dish over live fire — the kind of cooking that's hard to learn from a book and unforgettable to do in the field.
